Balance Snapshot

Merchants can view their account balance snapshot in the merchant backend.

Balance Information

• Total Amount: Complete balance in the account
• Available Balance: Funds available for transactions

Timezone

All balance snapshots are based on GMT +7:00 timezone.

How to Access

1. Login to merchant backend
2. Navigate to Finance → Balance
3. Select account type (Payin/Payout)
