PAYMENT FLOW

E-Wallet Payment Flow

The following diagram illustrates the complete payment flow for E-wallet transactions:

1. Order Creation: Merchant creates order through Smilepayz dashboard or by calling the Create Orders API
2. Checkout Initiation: Customer opens Smilepayz checkout page or payment link
3. Payment Method Selection: Customer chooses their preferred e-wallet for payment processing
4. Payment Processing: E-wallet service provider processes the payment transaction
5. E-wallet service provider’s system notifies Smilepayz system once payment is successful
6. Smilepayz proceeds the payment status notification to merchant
7. Merchant receives the payment upon settlement date

QRIS Payment Flow

The following diagram illustrates the complete payment flow for QRIS transactions:

1. Order Placement: Customer makes an order at a merchant
2. QR Code Generation: Merchant shares QR Code (static) or generates the QR Code (dynamic)
3. Payment Processing: Customer chooses payment method and scans the QR Code
4. Payment Completion: Once the payment is completed, merchant will receive a notification

Bank Transfer Payment Flow

The following diagram illustrates the complete payment flow for bank transfer transactions:

1. Payment Method Selection: In Smilepayz checkout page, customer chooses payment method
2. Enter cash tag and click ‘Pay’ button
3. Customer will be redirected to instruction page on how to complete the payment
4. Customer opens app and validate payment request (Send Money)
5. Transaction is completed
