Payment Flow

E-wallet

The following is the payment flow for E-wallet:

1. Merchant creates order through Smilepayz dashboard/calling Create Orders API
2. Customer opens Smilepayz checkout page/payment link
3. Customer chooses which e-wallet to use for payment
4. E-wallet service provider processes the payment
5. E-wallet service provider’s system notifies Smilepayz system once payment is successful
6. Smilepayz proceeds the payment status notification to merchant
7. Merchant receives the payment upon settlement date

QRIS

Overall, below is the QRIS payment flow:

1. Customer makes an order at a merchant
2. Merchant shares QR Code (static)/generates the QR Code (dynamic)
3. Customer chooses payment method and scans the QR Code
4. Once the payment is completed, merchant will get a notification

Bank

In overall, here is the payment flow using Smilepayz:

1. In Smilepayz checkout page, customer chooses payment method
2. Enter cash tag and click ‘Pay’ button
3. Customer will be redirected to instruction page on how to complete the payment
4. Customer opens app and validate payment request (Send Money)
5. Transaction is completed
